Title Business Analyst - Apttus
Job Description IBM CIO is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented individual to fill a Senior Business Solutions Analyst position to support our Apttus/Sales Force implementation and on-going future support.
- Serve as the technical expert for Apttus CPQ/CLM implementation
- Conduct business analysis leveraging knowledge of Apttus process design, capabilities, architecture, data flows and integration
- Help define new workflows, outcomes, epics, features, users stories and business rules
- Prioritize work per release and iteration schedules
- Support Configuration and UAT Testing
- Participate fully in Agile Squad activity - Planning, Build, Showcase and Retrospectives
- Must have excellent communication skills
Must have the ability to work in the US without current/future need for IBM sponsorship.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- 3-5 years Apttus platform experience (CPQ, Contract Manager, etc.) with appropriate certification.
- Proven experience with creation of relevant documentation including, but not limited to Apttus Q2C solution design document and requirements documentation
- Experience with hands on configuration of Apttus CPQ and Contract Management
- Experience with migration of CPQ across environments including experience with the Apttus migration tool
- Understands Q2C requirements in order to properly onboard contract and service terms and troubleshoot effectively if there are issues/changes
- Ability to work with both the business and technical resources to understand and define functional/technical requirements
- Can clearly define requirements and business case for any customization requirements
- Ability to use Agile collaboration tools (e.g. Mural, Slack, RTC, Trello, Whitewater tools)
