Assignment Capsule
Be a part of Internal Audit pact and influence the direction of peoplehinking through the impactful delivery of analytical findings. Humana is seeking an Internal Audit Analyst to conduct internal audits and recommend solutions. You will develop and maintain key relationships by working within assigned areas to optimize business results.
- Perform detail testing as defined by the test program to define, validate, and analyze information.
- Perform and document project activities in accordance with professional standards and/or methodology (i.e. IIA, GAAP, Six Sigma etc.)
- Continuously communicate with the lead to ensure timely project completion.
- Create recommendations to improve control execution and /or design.
- Diligently execute multiple tasks within project timelines.

Qualifications Role Essentials
- Bacheloregree or will obtain in the next 3 months
- Basic understanding of audit
- Likes to focus on the "big picture" and thrives in a fast paced, multi-project work environment
- Comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Implementation and execution skills.
- Problem solving skills
Role Desirables
- Prior audit experience (e.g. creating audit work papers)
- Certifications such as CPA, CIA, CFE, or PMP (or in process of obtaining)
- Familiarity with Humanaperating systems and internal policies and procedures
