A fantastic opportunity is available for a Customer Supply Chain Analyst.

This role is responsible for providing dedicated customer support to a category of major retailers including processing orders, and fulfilling customized customer needs. In this role, you'll report to the Customer Service Manager. As the Customer Service Supply Chain Analyst, your overall goal is to work with Sales, Supply, and Logistics to provide a high level of service to our internal and external customers. Striving for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Under limited, to no, supervision, responsible for the customer relationship management of key revenue generating accounts; this includes but is not limited to ensuring that contract terms are met, financial metrics are met, and the development and proposal of financial and service based solutions.

Responsible for the resolution of issues arising from customers, Sales, and brokers regarding orders and order status, order cuts, and potential issues; resolves issues effectively and efficiently and ensures the coordination and communication of action plans.

Responsible for continuous improvements activities on assigned accounts; this includes, but is not limited to the data management, analysis, and recommendation of actions to improve fill rate, appointment/want date adherence, lead-time variability, and inventory levels/issues.

Creates and develops ad hoc, and situation based action plans to mitigate service related issues to meet operational and financial metrics.

Lead the communication of critical product supply situations, internally and externally.

Internally coordinates with all necessary departments to ensure optimal customer service delivery.

Participate and contribute to projects as directed by the Customer Supply Chain Team Lead or Manager.

Organized: You manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment to deliver on time and in full.

Self-Starter: You take initiative, practice good judgment and can work independently.

Customer focused: You take pride in maintaining positive customer relationships and believe managing their expectations leads to better results.

Supply Chain Background: Minimum of 2 years of supply chain related experience.

College graduate: You have a B.S. In Supply Chain Management, Business Degree, Engineering or relevant degree.
