Key Responsibilities Include : - Proactively monitor and support key performance indicators and metrics communicating identified trends to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with business representatives to perform ad-hoc analysis of various data sets providing insight into process deficiencies, performance, etc.
- Provide expertise for analytical technologies, culling data through complex mathematical calculations to extrapolate data patterns.
- Create and automate ad-hoc reports, metrics, and dashboards through various reporting solutions.
- Leverage reporting technologies to build graphical representations of trends with performance; standardize and maintain metric and KPI definitions
- Present and communicate, in a non-technical manner, trend analysis output to management
- Participate on projects as a Statistical SME providing recommendations and requirements for identified solutions.
- Collaborate with other business resources on operational improvement teams to identify process improvements.
- Mentor other technical resources providing statistical analysis expertise.
- Responsible for authoring the following SDLC deliverables: User Requirement Specification, Functional Requirement Specification, User Acceptance Test, etc.
Qualifications Basic:
- Bachelor's Degree. Major in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or related field (or related experience) a plus
- Three to five years experience required
