This position requires a proactive individual who will take initiative and ownership to drive and lead business requirement workshops and discussions.
? Develops and manages the business analysis process during a project life cycle including but not limited to driving and managing business requirements discussions, business requirements and design artifacts, statuses and issue escalation
? Identifies system/application data sources, data integration and data flow processes
? Ability to work on large enterprise critical financial data collection and analysis system used as a backbone feeding data to over 120 dependent satellite systems
? Ensures that the project adheres to the defined Technology Group business technical analysis workflow process and governance framework, as well as other established Bank/FRS standards;
? Facilitates discussions between stakeholders (technical and non-technical) to ensure requirements and design proposals are well understood and agreed upon;
? Conducts business requirement and design reviews with the business area and technology teams; identifies variances and initiates corrective action to meet stakeholder needs;
? Adheres to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) standards and methodology; contributes to the identification of project risks and issues (as related to design, requirements and system testing) as well as dependencies
? Analyzes business requirements and technical design and create functional documents as well as any required supporting documentation and artifacts
? Maintains traceability between business design and requirements
? Identify, track, and resolve defects in requirements and business designs
? Effectively resolve conflicts, facilitate requirements prioritization, and gain formal approval
? Performs the analysis of change requests to assess and communicate the impact to the project
? Performs sanity check of application to ensure it meets business requirements
