Description: The Land Application Support Analyst will have the responsibility of providing technical support for the Quorum Land Suite, partnering with the QLS users, other internal IT groups, and the software vendor. Technical knowledge of the Quorum Land application, database, and hardware layer is required. The position exists in Houston, TX, however occasional travel to Bartlesville, OK is necessary.
Responsibilities may include:
- Analysis, development, and implementation of technical solutions for the Quorum Land Suite
- Working with functional analysts to translate functional requirements into technical solutions
- Partnering with ConocoPhillips business contacts, IT support groups, and Quorum during issue resolution, enhancements, and software upgrades
- Tier II support direct with business users
- Leading technical training and sharing technical knowledge with other IT analysts
- Developing other technical analysts as pertains to Quorum Land Support
- Developing and maintaining system documentation as needed
- Supporting interfaces both into and out of Quorum Land
- Partnering with internal SAP IT support on integrated solutions
- Production support, including call-out, outside of working hours
Qualifications Basic/Required:
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- 1+ years of Information Technology experience
- Basic proficiency with Quorum Land Suite
- Basic proficiency with AIX UNIX
- Basic proficiency with Oracle 12g
- Basic proficiency with TOAD
- Basic proficiency with Citrix
- Basic proficiency with Windows 8/10 application support
Preferred: - Bacheloregree in MIS, Computer Science, Information Technology, or other related technical discipline
