The Mobile Submission Analyst facilitates the process between product certification and submission, ensuring content meets internal and external quality requirements and is delivered against committed timelines.
The Mobile Submissions Analyst is responsible for coordinating with account management and marketing leads to support product distribution plans related to marketing campaigns, events, and specific device coverage.
The Mobile Submissions Analyst will continuously identify process and tool improvements in order to increase productivity and capacity. For process and tool improvements, this role will need to collaborate with internal technical teams and external parties when appropriate.

Basic Qualifications - 2+ years experience with project management, technical support, and/or application submissions.
- 2+ years experience within mobile or a similar industry, such as technology, media, or gaming.
- Proven track record of client/account management experience.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and problem anticipation skills are required
- Knowledge of mobile technologies, industry and market trends a plus - must be interested in this area and willing to learn.
- Knowledge of the iOS, Android, and other mobile platforms and devices preferred
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel and Powerpoint/Keynote is required.
- Associate or Bachelor degree preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities - Responsible for ensuring all personalization content, games, and services meet the quality criteria set forth both internally by Disney and by external distribution partners.
- Responsible for developing relationships with third-party service providers and technical and accreditation teams of Disney's distribution partners, and will need to collect and analyze the latest requirements, troubleshoot technical issues, and foster open communication to achieve preferred partner statuses.
- Responsible for working with QA personnel who coordinate testing of mobile products by either internal quality assurance resources or external vendors, and ensure they are kept up to speed regarding the latest standards and requirements for the mobile platforms to which we publish content.
- Responsible for working with app stakeholders to setup web portals for products early in development, helping to implement sandboxes for testing Leaderboards and Achievements, In-App Purchase, Push Notifications, etc.
- Accountable for coordination with account management and marketing leads to support product distribution plans.
Execution:
- Responsible for monitoring status of submitted content, communicating results to stakeholders in a timely fashion, and releasing content to the storefronts according to established publish dates.
- Collect and analyze mobile submissions requirements and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Identify process and tool improvements in order to increase productivity and capacity, and share feedback with Manager, Mobile Submissions,
- Evaluate established processes to ensure the highest level of accuracy and efficiency and share feedback with Manager, Mobile Submissions.
