The Senior Earned Value Analyst will be responsible for operating the EVMS infrastructure (Cobra, Winsight, SQL, SharePoint) as well as supporting Control Account Managers and Integrated Project Team Leads in all aspects of Earned Value functions to include planning, forecasting, performance and status, variance analysis, and IPMR and CSDR reporting. Responsibilities: The ideal candidate for this position will possess expertise in Earned Value Management and maintain accountability for the following: * Maintaining EVMS process and procedure documentation. * Designing and implementing process improvement and automation. * Operating and maintaining EVMS tools and infrastructure. * Delivery of prime contractor IPMR and CSDR reports. Additional responsibilities will include: * Support development and maintenance of Program Performance Measurement Baseline. * Support major subcontractor integration to the system. * Subject Matter Expert for IPT leads and Control Account Managers. * Integration with scheduling team to assist with baseline, forecast and performance generation and change control. Qualifications: * Experience: 6 years to 10 years of related experience, with at least 3 years of hands-on Earned Value Management related experience. * Possess a good understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM) and industry standards (EIA 748 current version). * Have experience preparing and maintaining EVM artifacts such as: Control Account Plans (CAP), Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Organizational Breakdown Structure (OBS), Basis of Estimate (BOE), and Work Authorization Document (WAD). * Experience in preparing for and participating in Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBR). * Have experience using MS Excel, MS Project, Deltek Cobra, Winsight, SharePoint, and SQL * Be a certified AACEI Earned Value Professional (EVP) (a plus).
