Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and energetic individual with a strong technology and financial management background to help implement, operationalize and grow a Technology Business Management service designed to position executives with the knowledge to manage and communicate the cost, quality, and value of IT Services. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision and the drive to make that vision a reality. This role involves close collaboration with IT and Finance professionals at all levels within the organization.
Preferred Qualifications: - Translate executive vision into technical requirements and subsequent deliverables.
- Gather functional and business requirements and rapidly translate that information into a working set of operational and financial models, dashboards, and management reports.
- Collaborate with IT Executives and Finance on IT Total Cost of Ownership, financial metrics, and cost transparency initiatives.
- Act as a single point of contact for Business Information Officers and other IT Executives.
- Import, transform, and rationalize data from systems of record such as General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Portfolio Project Management, Centralized Application Repository, Asset Manager, CMDB, etc.
- Operationalize data monthly by loading, validating, and reviewing on timely basis.
- Advanced analytical and big data analysis skills
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively with multiple levels of management and staff across the organization
- Understanding of IT infrastructure domains including data centers, network/ communications, server utilization, virtual environments, storage, and application development
- Knowledge of IT services and financial management processes and best practices such as budgeting, cost allocations, capital & operating expense handling, program portfolio management, and application/infrastructure support
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills - capable of motivating and managing organizations or teams to deliver desired results
- Strong ITIL or Service Management background
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills for financial modeling and analysis
- Strong to expert level skills and experience in formulaic logic such as MS Excel if statements, vlookup, pivot tables, macros, etc.
- Strong to expert skills in data transformation using MS Excel or Access
- Knowledge and application of relational database concepts
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to executive management audiences
- Previous experience working with scripting, report building, etc.

Provides Financial or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) data, metrics and standard or ad hoc reporting to support the needs of the organization. May include responsibility for standard general ledger reconciliations, expense analysis and chargemaster.
Job Details Responsibilities: - Prepares, analyzes and communicates key financial information.
- Provides support to management and other staff members regarding financial reporting and other issues.
- Assists with budget preparation, budget review for compliance and financial planning processes.
- Consults with all levels of management to provide decision support for initiatives, policies and procedures.
- Performs special projects and duties related to research, forecasting and conflict resolution as assigned.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education: - Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, Business or related field.
- Master's degree preferred.
Certifications:
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification preferred.
Complexity of Work:
- Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
Work Experience: - Minimum of four years finance, revenue cycle management or general analytical experience. Healthcare experience preferred.
- Master's degree may offset some required experience.
- Ability to complete sophisticated analytical, consultative and information support through analysis and report preparation.
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving skills, decisive judgment and the ability to lead projects and people.
- Strong understanding of complex key performance indicators, cash flow analysis, product line analysis and proposal development.
Physical Requirements: - Manual dexterity sufficient to operate computer.
- Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds.
- May require extended periods of standing, walking or sitting.
- Good visual acuity through normal or corrected vision.
