iSolved Market Place Business Analyst
iSolved HCM is currently looking for a Market Place Business Analyst. This position will provide data analytics and decision support for our product management, development and quality assurance teams.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION ARE:
- Work closely with product management, development, and quality assurance to help perform proper analysis for development backlog.
- Act as a supporting role to the product management team scoping and building additional use case scenarios for development efforts.
- Assist in escalated support cases requiring development work.
- Create product requirement documentation.
- Produce reports and presentations for work in process.
- Provide analytical information on industry standards.
CORE SKILLES & EXPERIENCE
- B.S. /B.A. in Communications, or Business, with 4 years of relevant experience or equivalent professional experience.
- 2-3 years of CRM, Expense Management, Mobile Application development Experience
- Experience with API integrations, and SSO.
- Strong technical knowledge of Excel, MS SQL and other MS Office products.
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge of development processes and methodology
- Organizational skills
- Self motivated
- Works well with both internal and external stakeholders
