Job Description: 3M is seeking a Business Transformation (BT) Marketing Analyst for the Personal Safety Division (PSD) located in Maplewood, MN. At 3M, you can apply your talent in bold ways that matter. Here, you go.
Job Summary: The person hired for the position of PSD BT Marketing Analyst will be responsible for a wide range of activities with all functions within PSD and Business Transformation Teams to deliver results on defined projects. This person will play a key role in supporting the BT readiness in the areas of Customer Incentive Plans (CIP), Point-of-Sale (POS) reporting and pricing for the Fall Protection and Scott Safety businesses.
Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Lead annual CIP enrollment process for Fall Protection accounts by collaborating with Fall Protection business team
- Validate CIP plan element compliance for Fall Protection
- Support BSO and PSD teams to ensure PSD distributors meet SAP Vistex requirements for POS reporting
- Support process to validate accurate rebate accruals for Fall Protection purchases within the Industrial & Safety Market Center (ISMC) CIPs for national accounts.
- Train and communicate PSD and BT CIP and Terms requirements to Fall Protection and Scott Safety business teams
Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university
- Minimum of one (1) year of marketing experience
Preferred Qualifications: - Bacheloregree or higher in Marketing and/or Business Administration from an accredited university
- Minimum of two (2) years of combined experience in marketing
- Strong attention to detail and analytic skills
- Ability to integrate and synthesize multiple sources of information
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Location: Maplewood, MN
Travel: May include up to 10% domestic
Relocation: Is not authorized
Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status)
