Human Resources Analyst
Location: Kohler, WI

The HR Analyst's primary scope is to research, analyze, and present information to help K&B Americas assess the value that the HR function and HR programs bring to the business units. The position will use internal and external sources to monitor and understand metrics. The HR Analyst will assist the Director - Human Resources, Kitchen and Bath Americas on projects involving metrics, ACT's, SAP, budgets, etc. They will also be responsible for the monthly production of metrics reports, surveys, and/or ad-hoc analysis in support of the Organization.
Finally, the HR Analyst will work with Human Resources team members and managers to gain business insights, and serve as a liaison for the HR metric analysis with other HR Departments and Business Units.
Skills/Requirements Job Qualifications Required: Ability to apply analytical, creative problem-solving and planning skills to evaluate trade-offs and take necessary proactive steps. Must have excellent communication and interpersonal competencies to interact productively with all levels of staff and management. Must be a self-starter who is able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple concurrent projects. Possess strong quantitative and analytical skills, in addition to strong computer skills with an emphasis on Excel and reporting. Good conceptual thinking, decision-making, analytical problem-solving skills, interpersonal skills, and business acumen. Ability to plan, organize, and control multiple tasks while working in a team environment.
Bachelor's degree preferred and associates degree required.
Preferred: SAP & Kohler Compensation experience. Two to three years of experience in an environment that would require the use of quantitative and analytical skills such as: consulting, financial analysis, or strategy within multi-faceted industries.
