Student Employee Support Analyst

Position Summary The student support analyst role is an entry level position to expand your knowledge from the classroom to practical use. The student employee will have the opportunity to sit with our technical staff performing the following duties:
1. Moving equipment
2. Imaging Computers
3. Setup new user workstations
4. Troubleshoot basic issues using internal tools and ticketing system
5. Small project management duties within Office & Microsoft Exchange 2016
Education Must currently be enrolled into an Associater Bacheloregree program at an accredited college/university
Pursuing a Computer Science or related degree
Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate would have the following skills:
- Previous help desk/service desk experience
- Good customer service skills
- Experience with Windows 10 and Office 2016
