Position Description:

The Default Analyst I - Valuations will perform a variety of steps necessary to ensure property valuations are available for Servicing Operations accurately, timely, and in compliance with procedural requirements. This position will primarily support default lines of business with valuation requests while ensuring fulfillment within the necessary timeframes and vendor Service Level Agreements.

Problem solving and seek out solutions to issues and/ or work around

Maintain knowledge of valuations processes, vendor and invsetor guidelines and procedures

Tracking order and receipt of appraisals

Maintain a high level of customer service through proactive communications with vendors, appraisers, and other lines of business

Serve as point of contact with vendors, appraisers, and other lines of business

Assist with day to day operations of the department

Demonstrates professional behavior and teamwork

Ability to work necessary hours to ensure completion of assigned tasks
