Application Security Business Systems Analyst

Location: Bloomington, Minnesota

Position Type: Full time direct hire

Salary: $90 to 98,000/max - annual plus benefits

Positions Details and Functional Responsibilities

The Business Systems Analyst Security Specialist will stay current on the organization's Secure Software Development Life Cycle Process (SSDLC) process and application security best practices and requirements to promote consistency and compliance across the organization. This role will be working with the program management, application development, security testing, and Information Risk Management IRM) teams.

· Acts as a single point of contact for assigned projects and initiatives within the department

· Works closely with program and project management to identify new projects and prioritizations.

· Ensure proper assignment and real-time status of project security project tasks and requirements

· Help identify and escalate impediments and solutions as required

· Organize and facilitate security reviews

· Assist with coordinating and facilitating application security acceptance testing.

· Other assignments as required.

· Assist in the definition and execution of the organization's Secure Software Development Life Cycle Process (SSDLC)

· Ensure compliance with organizational security standards, procedures, and guidelines

· Enable risk related discussions to business partners. Engage business partners in the development of security goals.

· Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision.

· Develop professional proficiency through independent self-improvement and by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.

Requirements and Qualifications

Professional certification requirements: CISSP/CSSLP, PMP

SharePoint, and Atlassian work-group applications required

7 to 10 years' experience managing cross-functional team software development projects.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities; communicate with individuals at all levels of an organization.

Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage work load and meet project deadlines

Demonstrated problem solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments to resolve issues.

Experience with system development methodologies.

Proficient facilitating online meetings using web presentation applications.

SharePoint, and Atlassian work-group applications required
