We are currently looking for a Senior Analyst, Operational Finance, ERP to join our Finance team based in Reston, VA. Reporting to the Director, ASG, the Senior Analyst, Operational Finance, ERP will be responsible for an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation and business process redesign effort which will be deployed in the field units. This position will be responsible for performing functional work in one of the following key areas: Order to Cash, Electronic or Manual. This position will take ownership of core modules used by the North American Regional office and US field units while working with a dedicated team. Responsible for training end users at the North American Regional office. Drive change management of new processes and tools from upper management thru to end users. Responsible for end user documentation.
Main Duties and Responsibilities: - Responsible for bridging the gap between the old ERP module and the new module to facilitate a smooth transition to the new ERP system.
- Overall responsibility of the new ERP module from start to finish and offer input to make the process user friendly for the Account Services Group. (Pricing, Billing, and Data functions)
- Develop and document training materials and classes for the ERP module.
- Train end users and provide change management leadership to embed the new ERP processes within the Account Services Group.
- Responsible for a smooth transition in the field units/Account Services Group when the new ERP system goes live
- Provide post implementation support for the Account Services Group and US field units Field level training
Order to Cash Essential Duties:
- Primary work will be on the Billing and Accounts Receivable side of the Finance Group ensuring invoices are correct, complete, and sent to the customer on a scheduled timeframe.
- Work with Accounts Receivable to resolve invoice issues regarding pricing, passenger counts, and boarding ratios that may delay payments
- Understanding of costing and pricing process
- Must be detailed in analysis of current ERP data comparison to new ERP system data
Electronic Essential Duties:
- Account work for electronic based customers (self-invoicing) on the format of the data input and output. This will include a heavy volume of data mining and using customer based systems that sync with internal Gate Gourmet, Inc. systems.
- Electronic accounts require a strong excel background with the ability to work with macros and other advanced formulas
Manual Essential Duties:
- Account work will be specific to all non-electronic customers covering all international and other domestic customers.
- Must be detailed in analysis of current ERP data comparison to new ERP system data (Data to include menus, recipes, ingredients, cycle changes and any other information specific to the account)
Qualifications Education: - College/University degree with major in Business preferred or relevant work experience in a large scale Airline catering company
Work Experience: - Experience in an ERP environment with experience using the system for Account Services Group (Pricing, Billing, and Data functions)
- SAP and Culinary knowledge a plus
- Change Management with experience in system conversions a plus
Technical Skills: (Certification, Licenses and Registration)
- Proficient knowledge (Excel, Word, Outlook, Access and SharePoint)
- Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning Systems and Management Information Systems
