KYC Assoc Ops Support Analyst -
The KYC Special Titles Team is responsible for reviewing account opening documentation for High Risk accounts that are opened at branches. This team is tasked with the regulatory review that must be completed within a 90 day timeframe. Failure to complete required reviews could put the bank at a regulatory risk and could potentially end up with financial losses. This Position requires Analyst to perform outreach to branches when necessary for additional customer information.
- The Analyst is responsible for the accuracy, quality and timeliness of new Business Banking and Citi Commercial Banking Accounts Opening submitted by Relationship Associates and Relationship Managers in North America.
- The Analyst will perform pre-screening and dispositioning on any hits to determine if client should be on-boarded.
- They will also ensure the new account package is complete, consistent, and meets all bank and Global policies governing new BB and CCB Accounts including CIP, Citi KYC, and Compliance policies including documentation review and comparative analysis.
