Why Is This Role Critical?
As naviHealth grows and cements itself as the market leader for PAC management and transitions of care services, incremental value must be driven within the business model. Margin compression, scalability of services, and efficiency in delivery are all threats to high-growth organizations looking to secure bottom lines and quality of product. The Operations & Clinical Initiatives Team is responsible for identifying and executing on areas of opportunity within the business model, vendor partnerships, technological capabilities and personnel structure. The Analyst will be play an important part in supporting and driving initiatives within the team. The Analyst will work with many departments across the company including but not limited to Health Services, Product, Engineering, Finance and Operations Strategy.
What you will be accountable forul>
Develop new reports and support existingd reports for Health Services Handle and maintain confidential data sources Support team in fulfilling internal and external data requests on an ad hoc basis Conduct process, data, and gap analyses to search for trends and relationships Manage documentation of plan specific contract information Assist in use, development and management of Performance Management and supporting productivity dashboards Navigate between competing priorities, perspectives and needs from business partners ides stakeholders towards the best lective outcomei> Identify important trends and drives education surrounding new company reporting platform to key stakeholder groups What you will need to be successfulul>
Undergraduate degree is required; Masteregree preferred 1-2 years of work experience in prior analyst or consulting position preferred Exceptional problem solving, organization and communications skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Advanced level understanding of Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis on Excel Ability to learn quickly in rapidly developing work environment Intellectual curiosity Self-guided: Preference to work with little micro-management or h touchnagement ndidate is nt and shoot,lf-driven, and can operate with independence via being able to connect quickly to the bigger picture The nice to havesul>
