In this role the Supplier Enablement Performance Analyst will be responsible for new and existing client product segmentation reporting. The Performance Analyst will work closely with the Commercial Card Sales and the Relationship Management Teams in providing the best product segmentation reporting for their client, along with highlighting key finding in the analysis that can be used in discussions with the client to drive sales and growth.
The primary responsibilities of the Supplier Enablement Performance Analyst include:
Support Sales & Relationship Management organization reporting requests for new and existing clients
Work with multiple tools and data resources to complete analysis (MS Access, MS Excel, SQL. Monarch, and SAS)
Build models using MS Access, and MS Excel to assist in the automation of various reporting and data management functions
Participate in special projects.
Qualifications of a successful candidate:
The successful candidate will have a working knowledge of the Commercial Card products and possess superior skills in building positive business partnerships, analyzing data and communicating results. Specific required qualifications include:
Bachelors degree, or equivalent experience
Strong business and analytics mindset...passion for "playing to win"
2+ years' experience working in Commercial Card industry
2+ years Business Analysis experience
Advanced SQL, MS Excel and MS Access reporting skills
Strategic thinking, problem solving and time management skills
Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
Self-motivated with the ability to effectively prioritize multiple priorities
Ability to lead projects
Highly organized as well as detailed and deadline oriented
Willingness to contribute in a team environment
Ability to identify improvement of a current process and achieve efficiencies
