Position Summary: A Technical Support Analyst answers service desk calls and assists internal and external customers with various technical and IT issues. The position is also responsible for monitoring IT systems and equipment and performing operational and maintenance functions on a variety of IT systems.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (required).
Minimum of four years' experience in Information Technology or healthcare operations (required).
AS degree in Computer Science or related degree (preferred).
MCP, A+, or other industry recognized technical certification (required).
Exceptional customer service skills (REQUIRED).
