The Temporary Benefits Analyst will provide administrative, analytical, and operational support for the firmealth and welfare and leave of absence benefit programs. A strong analytics background and technology proficiency is required. Workday experience is preferred. Please note this is a 4 to 5 month assignment.
Responsibilities - Conduct day-to-day operations and vendor management for the health and welfare benefits program, including medical insurance, health savings accounts, life, disability, flexible spending accounts, EAP, and COBRA.
- Review benefit vendor invoices and process them for payment.
- Ensure data integrations with third-party vendors are running smoothly, troubleshoot operational issues, and resolve data issues with carriers as needed.
- Conduct benefits orientation for new hires.
- Create and maintain benefits materials; manage content on the benefits portal.
- Support wellness education and benefit program events.
- Support special projects and other duties as assigned.
Skills/knowledge - Technology proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced excel skills
- Strong customer service and both oral and written communication skills
- Ability to interpret benefit policies and procedures
- High attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate and timely results
- Strong analytical skills to analyze data and produce reports
- Team oriented to work collaboratively with coworkers and vendors
