About the Role The New Growth Platform Business Unit is a start-up intrapreneurial team within the Hygiene/Home organization whose purpose is to find $50M incremental new business opportunities along three areas: new brand launches, new business models, disruptive product innovation. The team reports directly to the President of the Business Unit, with regular exposure to the company's leadership team.
As the business analyst, you will be expected to
Lead the early stage identification and screening of new business opportunities leveraging consumer and in-market data
Develop relevant business cases data-based for the opportunities we want to pursue
Support marketing director in the development of an E-marketing D to C platform to test new ideas in market generating target 3mUSD NR by end of Y1 per project
Proven success working collaboratively across external agencies and cross functional teams. Candidate must be comfortable working in a high speed, high uncertainty environment where trail-blazing thinking and risk taking are encouraged. Role will report directly into the MD for New Growth Platforms.
Key Responsibilities Lead the identification and screening of new 50mUSD+ business opportunities leveraging consumer and in-market data
1. Identify key data-points for new idea validation
1.Leverage RB partners and ecosystem to design screening system
2. Design new market research process to increase pace of consumer feedback
2. Validate high potential areas with consumer validation
1. Conduct SWOT analysis based on current markets and competitive landscape
2. Align 3-4 business areas/models to further investigate
3. Develop impactful business cases for senior management
1. Develop business cases to be presented to RB senior management for sign-off
Support MD in the development of an E-marketing D to C platform to test new ideas in market with target of 3mUSD NR by end of Y1
1. DtoC blueprint development
1. Implement with selected agency the infrastructure needed to support selected strategic projects
2. E-marketing learning KPIs design and monitoring to drive meaningful UX/product improvements
1. Design DtoC KPIs leveraging technology partners
2. Setup standardized tracker for media and UX across the site
Is this You?
- 3-5 work experience in data analysis, digital, preferably in an FMCG environment
- Entrepreneurial spirit and capacity to adapt in a rapidly changing environment
- Significant and proven experience with syndicated data and analytics to drive relevant business decisions
- Digitally savvy and capable of understanding available data from all sources, how to access it and how to analyse it
- Proven ability to effectively manage priorities and budget allocations
- Proven track record as a top performer within a multi cultural environment.
