Business Overview:
The CP IT Business Analysis/ Project Management team is responsible for managing the development and support of applications under Payment and Cash management product line which includes SWIFT messaging, payment wires, ACH, EFT, check processing, cash pooling, settlements, statements, e-banking, billing and account analysis.
The IT Business Analyst/Project Manager has broad-based responsibilities for the requirements gathering, functional design, specification, testing, and deployment of CIB initiatives across business lines. Functions include working closely with all project Stakeholders articulating business / reporting / data management needs and defining the appropriate technology solutions.
Responsibilities: - Manage projects through entire project lifecycle from feasibility study to delivery
- Lead the process to gather and document business requirements.
- Convert business requirements into Functional specifications and System requirements
- Explain the functional/system requirements to the development team
- Set-up and coordinate meetings associated with various project work-streams.
- Prepare agendas for project status meetings, record and distribute meeting minutes.
- Investigation of any issues, determining root causes and obtaining resolution.
- Develop Test Procedures for various deliverables, in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Conduct qualification of releases, System Integrated testing, User Acceptance testing
- Assist in preparation of Monthly/Quarterly Dashboards/Cockpits.
- Organize and maintain information in the shared drive and within Jira for issues and projects.
- Configure and coordinate SharePoint sites to foster collaboration and communication.
- Prepare User guides, Business Cases, Training Material, Production Support procedures
- Prepare Process flow document covering end to end process (using Visio or similar tool)
- Maintain up-to-date functional documentation of Payments and Cash Management products and systems for production support and projects.
- Provide Assistance to IT support teams in the investigation of production issues, and coordinate their resolution with software suppliers when necessary
- Participate in the resolution of non-compliance situations revealed by audits and in the resolution of situation reviews
- Responsible for 75% Business analysis and 25% Project management

Qualifications Minimum Required Qualifications BS in Computer Science/Accounting/Finance/Business Information systems/related IT field, or equivalent work experience required.
Experience: 5 - 7 years of experience in Business Analysis and IT Project Management
Excellent understanding of Corporate and Institutional Banking
Experience with payment processing, check processing, ACH, EFT, lockbox, controlled disbursement, settlements and cash pooling/concentration, Fedwire, CHIPS, SWIFT
Well versed in the Business Analysis process for IT development.
Experienced with the documentation of business processes and software interfaces
Proficient in MS Office applications, MS Project, Clarity, Business Objects & SQL
