Job Description Novitex Enterprise Solutions is looking to fill a Field Analyst II position to support our client, Microsoft, in Redmond, WA. This is an exempt level position, and will work onsite Monday iday.
In addition to being organized and able to multitask, this role requires a go-getter with a positive work ethic who is excited to work with the leading provider of innovative, cloud-based solutions in the document outsourcing industry.

The Business Analyst role with Novitex Enterprise Solutions, Inc. offers the exciting opportunity to support major initiatives across the business units with a combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis. Novitex is engaged in rapid growth across its clientocation. As a result, we have a need for an energetic, structured, and creative candidate willing to jump into a fast-changing site and help drive critical business decisions. You should be detail-oriented, pragmatic, logical, and proactive, and have the ability to understand business models, industries, and competitive dynamics quickly through independent market research and structured problem-solving with company leaders. This position will report to the site manager.
A Field Analyst II will:
- Provide quantitative analysis of strategic partnerships to derive revenue benefits and gain insight into competitive dynamics within partnership negotiations
- Support expansion efforts with critical focus service models erational costs, data usage modeling, and coordination with Finance Department to provide accurate pricing
- Generate estimates of market sizing and competitive landscape in core Novitex markets, adjacencies, and select non-core verticals
- Lead new technology insights across the organization through research and monitoring of key technology trends emerging in academic and in the market
- Support creation of business cases for new internal ventures
- Organized, self-starter and a quick learner. Experience of dealing with results, metrics and data management and desire to create and build new processes.
- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, ability to simplify complex topics for broad audiences
- Independently conducts requirements elicitation and prepares documentation for specific portions of overall systems and processes within a business unit or area
- Leads review of business requirements and utilizes reporting solutions for low to medium risk and complexity systems
- Independently researches and manages resolution of low to medium complexity production support issues

Required Qualifications: - Bacheloregree
- 2+ yearsperience as a Financial Analyst, Business Analyst, or Systems Analyst
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office suite, advanced Access, Excel, and SharePoint as well as a strong focus around PowerPoint presentations
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in high-tech SaaS or similar industries
- Passion for bringing technology solutions to the table
- Independent thinking and bias for action
- Ability to present decision points and supporting evidence to senior executives clearly and succinctly
- Willingness to work in dynamic, fast-paced environment, including shifting priorities across responsibilities based on market and senior executive feedback
