We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join the Global Customer Operations Analytics team. This role is a unique opportunity to join an operational team that is driving an effortless customer experience. Focus areas include product innovation/user behavior, test and learn (A/B as well as multivariate tests), operational analyses and root cause analysis.

You will have opportunities to collaborate with data analysts, data engineers, business intelligence managers, and data scientists within the team. Your primary focus will extend well beyond pulling the data and crunching the numbers. You will take on complex business problems by converting raw data into meaningful business insights and present your findings to partners.
Responsibilities: - Apply your expertise in quantitative analysis, data mining, and the presentation of data with a singular goal reducing customer effort with actionable analytics.
- Engage with multiple groups across the org, including Product, Tech, Service Delivery, Finance, Fraud, and Line of Business, to solve problems and find opportunities.
- Function independently, actively taking ownership and communicate status of analytics deliverables.
Qualifications: - Advanced educational qualification in a highly quantified field, such as Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Applied Mathematics
- 3-5+ years of relevant data science/analytics working experience
- Consistent track record of defining, executing analyses, and sharing results.
- Expert ability using Excel for data analysis, modeling and visualization.
- Strong proficiency in extracting and manipulating data using SQL, with a solid focus on data integrity and accuracy.
- Problem-solving skills, self-motivation and ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Hands-on experience with confidence intervals and sampling theory. Also experience with experiment design and analysis (ie ANOVA, Difference in Differences, Significance Testing, etc.)
- Familiar with advanced analytics tools (e.g., SAS, OLAP, SPSS, R, Python, etc) and techniques (regression, time series forecasting, and decision tree).
- Familiarity of concepts of Machine Learning (ie AI, NLP, and neural networks)
- Excellent verbal, written communication, and data presentation skills
