NES is searching for a Project Analyst who will assist the Project Manager / Deputy Project Manager execute project deliverables for our government client. The ideal candidate will bring high attention to detail, the ability to multitask and previous administrative and project management experience. The successful candidate should also have experience planning, scheduling, expense tracking, project tracking, coordination of customer events, and reporting of project performance in addition to other supporting tasks as directed. Some tasks include:
- Assist with the daily coordination of customer and team events to include scheduling, preparation, coordination, and conduct of events. Meetings may be on line as well as in person, with need to coordinate for proper team representation.
- Assist with updates and evaluation of deliverable products; ensure deliverables are completed throughout phases of the project.
- Review and edit project activities for compliance with procedures and standards prior to submission.
- Assist project manager with presentations and reports to the customer and company management.
- Provide assistance in bid and proposal preparation as directed.
- Coordinate with NES/CSRAdepartments to support current program goals and objectives.
- Conduct research and other program responsibilities as directed.
- Interface with the customer,prime, and subcontractors regarding contract requirements.
- Serve as the teamcrum Master by tracking tasks, requirements, and deadlines.
Required Skills Language: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format. Ability to effectively present information to program leadership and the supported customers.
Math: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, internet software. Required Experience
