The Marketing Organization/Team
The mission of the marketing team is to create an irresistible brand that fosters a passionate fan base. How you will spend your time as our next Digital Marketing Analyst
Your core responsibility is to lead the forecasting, reporting and analysis to monitor and improve our digital marketing programs (paid search, display and remarketing).
- Define and track KPIs. Create reports and dashboards to analyze performance from traffic to conversion through to leads and pipeline
- Assist in the development of the response forecast by country, region and media mix and actively monitor our progress to ensure we are on track to achieve the forecast
- Identify areas for optimization to improve the performance of our search and display programs and provide team a prioritized list of recommendations and proposed optimization plan
- Run ad-hoc analysis on key trends and make recommendations on findings
- Identify, support and report on A/B and multivariate testing opportunities
- Prepare regular updates for executives and regional stakeholders
- Evolve and expand digital marketing's reporting capabilities to better demonstrate impact on both demand generation and awareness
You will also act as the data expert for the digital marketing team.
- Be a leader in industry data-related trends/tools; share insights with team members
- Help internal stakeholders understand and analyze digital marketing data
- Drive tagging strategy for PPC, display and work with teams and vendors on implementation
- Routinely validate tagging and data collection, monitor results across the various systems, and proactively troubleshoot if data discrepancies fall outside our deemed acceptable range
- Work closely with the Business Insights team to ingest key data into Qlik BI environment and development of dashboards
- Work with marketing ops, product, and BI teams to understand the end-to-end processes impacting data quality and analysis
- Stay abreast of the latest analytics techniques in the digital space

BA/BS and 5+ years of analytics experience in digital marketing with in-depth knowledge of paid search and display. In-depth experience with digital marketing platforms, including Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Google Tag Manager, retargeting solutions, etc. Strong business and marketing acumen combined with superior analytical and data skills. Ability to translate data into actionable insights. Proven experience building test and learn plans that continuously improve program engagement and effectiveness, with a heavy focus on lead generation initiatives Experience with BI visualization tools highly desirable Experience in B2B, working with high-tech products/services highly desirable You will thrive if you havel>
