MSX International is currently seeking an IT Launch/Support Analyst. The successful candidateust have the following skills and experience:
- Coordinates and executes the day to day activities of software implementation projects during the build and transition phases
- Supports the deployments at each location (travel may be required)
- Becomes SME on system configuration
- Assists with system testing, including UAT preparation and execution
- Initial support of end users; manages and resolves client issues
- Oversees knowledge transfer to IT application management (AM) team
- Captures lessons learned and communicated to team
- Communicates project status, issues and risks, as well as any mitigation and contingency plans, to ensure successful system delivery
- Coordinates communications between the business teams, suppliers and various services teams within the companyT department
- Develops and executes plans under delivery time, budget and implementation constraints
- Assists client with change management
- Collects and analyzes relevant data and take actions accordingly
- Must ensure compliance with all corporate standards, policies, and controls
- Implements existing program-level standards for design, security and controls, user interface and documentation
- Completes appropriate documentation to support the implementation
- Requires extensive travel to various company facilities within US and Canada - usually 2 to 3 weeks every month
- Five plus yearsperience with implementing complex systems at large corporations
- Functional experience with HCM/WFM solution concepts such as payroll, benefits, timekeeping, accruals, leave management, employee scheduling, attendance management and labor forecasting
- Strong analytic skills, including experience with in-depth data analysis
- Creative problem solving and business judgment
- Proven ability to work independently to deliver on large, complex solutions that are highly interfaced
- Strong organizational, planning and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
- Excellent interpersonal, written and spoken communication skills
- Ability to lead by identifying and managing issues, risks, scope changes, plans, estimates and schedules
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Visio
Experience Preferred:
- Prior automotive IT system or system implementation experience
- Agile methodology or unified (Iterative) solution delivery methodology experience
- Ability to utilize desktop tools to accelerate communications (IM, WebEx, etc.)
- Open minded and accepting of new ideas
- Experience in working with an onsite and offsite development team or delivery model
- Able to negotiate solutions and lead the business teams to consensus
Education Required: - Bacheloregree in IT related field or business equivalent experience
