Role Overview Billing Analysts may assist in preparing financial and business-related analyses and research. They may assist in budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning activities. Staff Financial Analysts possess ability to solve a range of moderately complex problems. They lead projects of limited scope and or assist in portions of larger projects. They provide informal guidance to team members with less experience and contribute to department objectives and outcomes as guided.
Responsibilities - Use and may support PC-based and/or mainframe-based systems and software.
- Compile and prepare reports for internal and external clients.
- Generate and prepare client invoices, provide/prepare customer support to ensure timely collections.
- Performs financial and billing-related analysis and research.
- Support certain overhead groups with financial forecasting and analysis.
- Leads projects of limited scope and or assist in portions of larger projects.
- Ability to execute and act on instructions within established timeframes and with quality standards, while maintaining day to day activities.
Qualifications - Bacheloregree and 2 years of work-related experience, or 4 years equivalent work-related experience
- At least 3 years of significant experience in budgeting, planning, or cost accounting preferred.
Strong knowledge of various computer applications such as Microsoft Excel, Word and Access, spreadsheets and data management also a plus.
