Job Description Summary As part of the firmynamic and diverse, 150-person, Chambers-ranked Business Immigration and Global Mobility Practice, the Senior Business Immigration Analyst will support the global mobility team by preparing and filing non-U.S. employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant petitions for our firm clients.
Specific responsibilities will include: providing overall coordination and management of junior paralegal tasks, preparing business visitor visa applications, work, residence permit and work visa applications, coordinate collection of required legal documentation as required, research requirements in various jurisdictions, submit applications and handle processing of filing fees, and other duties required by our global mobility team (predominantly for attorneys licensed in Canada, but also in Germany, the United Kingdom and Ireland).
The individual hired for this position will need to have strong writing skills and be able to draft complex applications such as the equivalent of Intracompany Transfers, Extraordinary Ability applications and PERMs.
The individual will be positioned for direct contact with our client base, which includes Fortune 500 corporations, major academic and medical institutions. As a result, effective communication is an important aspect of this position.

Qualifications Qualified candidates must possess a Bacheloregree. Prior U.S., Canadian, or Global immigration-related experience (3-5 years) is preferred. Salary is commensurate with experience.
