Overview / Responsibilities Wood is seeking a Project Control Database Analyst to provide project planning, scheduling, cost tracking, and project financial support using database tools. Primary duties will be preparing and maintaining budgets, tracking cost, working with project managers to prepare estimate to completes, and other project cost control related activities.
Key Responsibilities Build reporting for projects
Develop reports, put reports on Power BI; Make web based and then align data for estimating GEAC st system
Perform data administration for all financial systems for projects
Utilize information management systems to update and manage project budgets, commitments, expenditures, invoices and forecasts
Developing WBS and project coding structures
Project performance analysis using earned value techniques
Support reporting requirements for invoice submittals and monthly status reports
Maintain project budget and forecast spending plans
Skills / Qualifications Technical diploma in relevant discipline
2-3 years project controls/cost-schedule experience
Proficiency with Power BI
Proficiency with using Microsoft Excel Macros and Access databases
Proficiency with using Microsoft Office
Strong interpersonal skills, creative solutions and problem solving skills
Knowledge of Oracle and SQL databases required
