Role Description Protecting Dropbox and our users is essential to being worthy of trust. As an analyst on the Law Enforcement Response Team, you'll be responsible for responding to a wide variety of legal requests that touch on many aspects of the law. You'll work closely with other Dropboxers as well as counsel on sensitive and interesting projects and build policies and procedures that we use to respond to these requests. If you're passionate about the intersection of law, policy, and technology and love a team-focused and fast-moving environment, this is the place for you.
Responsibilities - Work closely with other members of the legal team to scrutinize and respond to law enforcement data requests while upholding Dropbox's strong commitment to user privacy and
- Help update and publish our biannual
- Stay current on policy issues and developments of importance in responding to law enforcement and governmental takedown requests
- Partner with our Customer Support team on sensitive legal requests from our users
- Build and scale processes to help the Law Enforcement Response Team and the Legal Team as a whole
- Monitor operational metrics and suggest efficiency improvements
Requirements - B.A./B.S. with excellent academic credentials (2017 and 2018 graduates welcome to apply)
