The Business Group Exchange develops and delivers private group benefits exchanges for employers of all sizes. The Role As a Strategic Operational Support Analyst, you will be a high-profile representative of our Operations Team who develops a deep understanding of all our operational roles and processes, as well as product capabilities. Youapply that knowledge to a variety of tasks with an overall goal of continuous improvement in client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities Engaging with internal sales staff, 3rd party benefits consultants, and large clients to answer detailed operational questions and brainstorm creative solutions to custom large-client needs
Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand evolving needs and build enhancements to internally-created software applications
Identifying operational opportunities for process improvements and building new tools to assist in process improvements
Assisting in the research, documentation, quantification, communication, and clean-up efforts of system defects, configuration issues, and other anomalies that result in inaccurate system data.

2+ yearsperience in employee benefits and/or benefits administration technology
1+ year experience working with SQL technology
1+ year experience working with C# preferred
