Current Need
We are seeking a Cross Reference and Quote Analyst to join our team in Richmond, VA.
Position Summary MMS Cross Reference and Quote Analyst is responsible for product cross referencing and sales quoting for McKesson EC, PC and/or Lab. The analyst will ensure consistent and accurate results for all product match deliverables and product price quotes to the sales force and directly to customers. The analyst will engage with other key business areas that support the data and who need to be involved in the review and approval for bids (Product Strategy, Contract Administration, Clinical, McKesson Brand, Pricing, and/or Category Management). This position will support optimal pricing in each quote and ensure that all product matches are accurate. This position will be responsible for preparing quote requests for internal and external customers.
Position Description - Ensure consistent and accurate results for all product match deliverables and product price quotes to the sales force and customers.
- Delivers accurate cost and pricing data to internal and external customers
- Assist with preparing quotes for Extended Care, Primary Care, McKesson Laboratory Solutions and Government
- Assist with preparing quotes for bids including RFPli>
- Maintain product match integrity within the internal data tool
- Validates and ensures internal and external output is accurate
- Maintain day-to-day continued support for internal and external customers
- Other projects as assigned by manager
Qualifications Minimum Requirements
Entry level experience in proposal analysis
Critical Skills - 6+ months experience doing analytical work
- 6+ months experience with pricing and/or quoting
- Intermediate MS Office experience (Excel, Word, and Access)
Additional Knowledge & Skills
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Ability to understand cost and price requirements and deliver the results
- Strong time management skills and ability to exceed timelines
- Item cross referencing or matching experience a plus
- Ability to work independently
- Comprehensive understanding of McKesson products
- Project management experience desired
- Desire to learn and use advanced analytical tools, including Silver creek
Education 4-year degree or related field or equivalent experience
