Responsibilities This person is accountable for the Ecommerce strategy execution, digital marketing strategy & campaigns for the online stores. This position is tasked with implementing new Ecommerce b2b/b2b2c sites and promoting the online store to grow revenue and develop customer relationships using web tools and social media channels. The Ecommerce analyst must collaborate with various groups and provide their expertise in tracking analytics, interpreting results, and optimizing digital marketing channels to establish and maintain our position as the market leader.
The Ecommerce Analyst will regularly report back to business managers on the status of projects, discuss project deficiencies and manage expectations for all groups involved, including but not limited to the following:
- Work closely with the business to ensure current web solutions are developed and designed to meet companytrategy and goals.
- Help business users formulate user stories based on their needs, provide impact analysis and create final requirements.
- Work with product owner in creating and presenting solution mock-ups to key stakeholders.
- Coordinate and create test and training documentation.
- Make minor adjustments to solutions (non-technical).
- Create and maintain dashboards highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Foster a dynamic approach within the team regarding digital media and in particular social media.
- Implement change where needed based on the data.
- Monitor and report on ECommerce use.
- Maintain and optimize documentation uploaded.
Qualifications - Preferred - Bacheloregree in Marketing, Technology or a related field
- Preferred - Experience working with an Ecommerce web site
- Preferred - UI/UX design exposure and awareness
- Exhibits the ability to switch from the creative side of marketing to analytical side; able to demonstrate why their ideas are analytically sound.
- Experience with solution design, documentation and training
- Preferred - Experience working with Agile delivery methods/Scrum
- Able to estimate and plan activities
- Able to lead and drive discussions in large groups
- Displays strong technical understanding and can pick up new tools quickly.
