Job Information Job Summary Incumbent is fully qualified on all aspects of the job and has a full understanding of the specialized function of the work area. Incumbent applies job skills and company policies and procedures to complete a wide range of moderately difficult tasks.
Works with limited supervision as no instructions are needed to complete routine work and general instructions are given on new lines of work or special assignments.
This position will be responsible for supporting 400-500 claims adjusters across 4 regional claims centers. Qualified candidate will be located in one of our regional claims centers: Colorado Springs, CO; Las Vegas, NV; Mt. Laurel, NJ; or Oklahoma City, OK.
Essential Functions / Principal Responsibilities
- Line of Business (LoB) Weekly Plans (interval breakout of daily forecasts; used for offering necessary additional hours).
- Processing Schedule Desk emails (both requests and additional hours), phone calls and Job Action Request Forms.
- Identifies opportunities to further leverage existing technologies.
- Analyze report results and makes recommendations for process improvement.
- Training/Meeting/Presenting for agents and LoB Leadership.
- Coaching, mentoring and developing other WFM employees.
- High-level projects
- Training/Meeting/Presenting for other WFM employees
- Schedule Bids (creation, approval, bidding with agents and implementation; both Mandatory/Global and Optional).
- LoB Support
- RTO Specific Duties (allocations, phone calls, reports, emails).

Required: 2-3 years previous IEX TotalView system administration/end-user experience
Advanced mathematical and analytical skills
Advanced computer skills especially with Microsoft Office applications (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook knowledge).
Ability to create new Excel and Access spreadsheets/templates for analysis, reporting and information gathering.
45 WPM keyboarding skills.
Solid verbal and written communication skills in person and over the telephone.
Ability to prioritize projects and multi-task efficiently as well as effectively.
Ability to work both in a group environment as well as individually.
Policy Documentation and Interpretation.
Professional demeanor at all times when in business environment.
Ability to maintain highly confidential information.
Education, Work Experience, Licenses & Certifications
Required: High School Diploma or equivalent2-3 years previous Workforce Management/Analyst experience
Preferred: Associates/Bachelors Degree in Business, Mathematics or similar field
3-5 years previous call center experience required (multi-cite call center environment
