WHAT YOU WILL NEED: - Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 2~4 years experience in data report development
- Experience in data mining
- Interest and exposure to research and statistical design and analysis
- Demonstrated understanding of medical terminology
- Significant experience creating and using data bases (including MS Access and reporting services) for clinical projects
- Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement systems
- Significant experience using spreadsheet programs
- Knowledge of statistical analysis methods
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with a wide variety of people
- None Required Ability to respond to multiple stakeholders, projects and demands.
- Ability to provide accurate, detailed reports within time sensitive deadlines.
- Travel to various corporations for client meeting and report deliveries.
- Ability to deliver professional presentations to a variety of leadership groups.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:- Under the supervision of the Director, this individual is responsible for the management and integration of performance improvement functions both within Advocate at Work and to the sites to which Advocate at Work provides services. This includes but is not limited to: preparation of quality, outcomes and productivity reports, facilitating ongoing interdisciplinary performance improvement activities, data analytics and management of outreach communication plans.
