We are currently seeking a talented individual for the position of Programmer Analyst, Oracle Identity Manger. The successful candidate will design, configure and support the Oracle Identity Manager Solution Suite including integration with large complex Applications across the enterprise. Work cooperatively with IT Security and compliance teams to ensure OIM meets security and Provisioning standards as defined in UNS policy. Works closely with all application teams and external partners to support integrations to OIM. Assists IS personnel and consults clients in the use of OIM. Works directly with application vendors, application service providers, SaaS, and cloud computing providers to meet UNS business needs. Works closely with the IT Enterprise Architecture team to ensure application architecture is consistent with overall IT architecture direction. In addition to OIM, supports on-call/support activities for additional Business Applications.
Programmer Analyst II Responsibilities:
- Performs feasibility evaluations, estimates system analysis and programming time, computer resources, and related costs.
- Performs the project leader role for small projects, directing and reviewing the work of team members.
- Serves as a mentor to other IS personnel to enhance their capabilities.
- This position may provide services to affiliates of the Company subject to the UNS Energy Code of Conduct and the related Policies and Procedures.
Programmer Analyst III Responsibilities:
- Designs and writes complex functional specifications and programs.
- Creates new custom solutions when supported applications donnclude required functionality.
- Improves application proficiency.
- Utilizes project management techniques to develop project plans and track progress to optimize project resources. Coordinates project priorities with team members, team leaders and other IS Department groups.
- Performs the project leader and/or technical lead role for small to medium projects by assigning, directing and reviewing the work of team members.
- Works closely with chosen technology track vendors to understand the vendor application roadmap and potential impact on UNS business.
OIM Specific Position-Related Responsibilities:
- Install and configure the OIM suite of products bLogic, Oracle Identity Management, Oracle Privilege Access Manager, BI Publisher
- Work with DBA to configure Transparent Data Encryption, OIM Database backup and recovery, Repository Creation Utility and other similar tools.
- Work with other support teams to resolve application related issues
- Research OIM issue and work with Oracle support for resolution
- Work with Infrastructure team on support OS, storage, network related issues, upgrade etc.
- Install Patches and upgrades for the OIM suite of products
- This position may provide services to affiliates of the Company subject to the UNS Energy Code of Conduct and the related Policies and Procedures.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered)
Minimum Qualifications Level II:
- Minimum 5 years programming experience, with some demonstrated abilities in project management and business requirements definition.
- Ability to exercise flexibility, initiative, good judgment and discretion.
- Good organizational, time management, customer service and problem-solving skills and the ability to work accurately and meet deadlines with frequent interruptions.
Preferred Qualifications Level II:
- Bacheloregree in Information Technology, or equivalent education and/or experience.
- Experience with products and functionality in chosen technology track.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated aptitude for programming skills.
- 2 yearsperience with products and functionality in chosen technology track.
- Good understanding of systems integration principles.
- General understanding of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Minimum Qualifications of Level III:
- 8 years of experience in Information Technology with demonstrated experience in programming, project management, requirements definition, program development and systems design.
- Demonstrated ability to envision new software solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to make presentations to customers or professional peers.
- Demonstrated ability to lead small project teams consisting of 2-4 technical resources, or serve as a project Technical Lead.
- Good understanding of the business processes supported.
- Detailed understanding of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting Oracle Identity and Access Management suite products
- Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Middleware components with expert knowledge of Oracle Identity management products
- Experience in installation and configuration of Oracle Identity Manager, Oracle Privilege Access Manager, Code deployments in WebLogic, SOA and BI Publisher
- Knowledge of Linux including Shell scripts, Windows including batch and power shells.
- Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Middleware components with expert knowledge of Oracle Identity management products
- Experience in backup and recovery of OIM Database and Middleware tools, in Repository Creation Utility, configuring Transparent Data Encryption, installing patches and upgrades.
- Experience in Performance Tuning of WebLogic, SOA and other WebLogic Domains
- Knowledge of Oracle databases and/or Microsoft SQL Server
- Experience in administration of user and role provisioning, connectors, workflow, certificate management, session management, encryption technologies, LDAP (MS Active Directory and OID)
- Knowledge in Federation, SAML, OpenID, OAuth and other industry standard authentication/authorization solutions.

- Preferred qualifications of Level II.
- 5 yearsperience with products and functionality in chosen technology track.
- 2 or more years of successful project management experience.
