DESCRIPTION The Corporate Development Integration team is seeking a motivated Integration Change Analyst to drive more efficient integration of Amazon's acquisitions. The Analyst will build and lead change management and community initiatives across Amazon's acquisitions.
The Analyst will define and lead a cross-Amazon programmatic approach to executing change management to deliver cross-functional and cultural integration for every acquisition. The Analyst will also build strong and vibrant subsidiary communities that enable mutual education, knowledge sharing, and development opportunities.
The Program Manager's responsibilities will include:
· Deliver change management tactics for acquisitions during the initial period post-close, including developing communications collateral, working with cross-functional teams on training, and managing stakeholders
· Design and launch adoption metrics
· Developing and running programs that enable subsidiaries and Amazon cross-functional teams to establish strong and active communities
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS · 4+ years of experience of complex cross-functional project or program management
· Experience in developing programs that drive collaboration of diverse groups
· Experience creating communications for internal and external audiences
· Experience in organizing large-scale events/conferences with broad, global audiences.
· Bachelor's degree
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS · Strong executive-level written and verbal presentation skills.
· Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
· PMP certification or other formal project management experience.
· Ability to demonstrate creative and analytical thinking.
· Ability to deal with ambiguity.
· MBA from a leading university.
