Job Title Business Support Analyst
Job Description Summary Responsible for supporting the development and implementation of processes associated with the integration of new business. Supports the development of tools and resources as well as ongoing support of platform and end-user community in Asset Services.
Job Description Responsibilities Collect, analyze, and summarize data in order to identify discrepancies.
Maintain and assist with the development and documentation of processes.
Work in Yardi, SharePoint, and other applications to load and extract data as needed
Manage, maintain, and track various data and documents. Produce all necessary reports as required.
Establish and maintain rapport with all asset services personnel and other corporate functions.
Collaborate with data governance and other project team members.
Complete special projects and necessary integration activities at the direction of the Director of Operations.
Communicate regularly with internal and external customers as appropriate to ensure the delivery of high-quality service and support.
Execute administrative duties for operations including entering information into Workday, Yardi, and SharePoint.
Organize and schedule meetings as needed; manage and track tasks to completion.
Document and communicate process changes.
Attend calls and meetings at various frequencies at the direction of the Director of Operations.

Important experience
1+ years of experience in commercial real estate is preferred but not required
Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
O365 and SharePoint Experience preferred
Work Environment This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
