We are currently looking for a Commercial Analyst to join our LatAm team based in Miami, FL. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, the Commercial Analyst will be responsible for creating, managing, and analyzing reports & models ranging from data aggregation to financial forecasting. Will be accountable for defined analytical projects and provide analytical and decision making support to the Commercial leadership of the group.
Main Duties and Responsibilities: - Support the development of robust reporting
- Analyze business performance to influence future planning
- Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting as required by the business
- Ability to interpret financial sales data to make decisions and recommendations that impact the business
- Support the development of bid pricing and analyzes bid profit and loss accounts to support optimum Commercial strategy
- Strong knowledge of MS office applications; proficiency in Excel including creating spreadsheets, complex formulas, pivot tables, etc.
- Strong team player and ability to work with the cross functional partners and senior management on all aspects of the business
- Researches market, competition, trends and customer environments and presents data for review by senior leadership
- Works with sales and service team in preparation for responses to customer proposals
- Works across the organization to support decisions of senior executives related to current and potential business
- Creates content for leadership and commercial meetings
- Develops client-specific presentation materials in support of strategic growth initiatives
- Other Ad hoc special projects as assigned
- Manages periodic reporting using CRM system (Saleforce.com) en and closed sales opportunities, monthly performance report and pipeline reports
Qualifications Education: - Bacheloregree in business, marketing, economics, finance or other quantitative discipline is required.
Work Experience: - 1-3 years of relevant corporate experience.
- Experience in financial analysis including modeling a plus.
- Previous project management experience preferred.
- A background in bids and/or pricing is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, in particular Excel and PowerPoint.
- Salesforce.com knowledge a plus, but not required.

- Must have excellent written and oral communication skills across all levels of the organization and with our internal and external customers
- Bi-lingual in Spanish and English Required with Portuguese proficiency a plus.
