Solution Analyst within the Treasury Liquidity Monitoring and Reporting (TLMR) Key Initiative. The analyst will function as a business/data analyst with project management responsibilities in developing end-to-end liquidity reporting solutions on the Global Liquidity Reporting System (GLRS) and RegInsight planforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide data integration and analytical support in retiring legacy and manual data sources and replacing them with strategic data sources
• Review liquidity regulatory requirements, translate regulation into business rules and implement in GLRS and/or RegInsight, and support data gap analysis
• Develop business requirement documentation, incorporating feedback from various domains (Technology, Treasury business, Financial reporting and Controllers)
• Collaborate with the Finance and Risk Shared Services (FRSS) and Technology organization to understand regulatory reporting operations and infrastructure support required to fulfill regulatory commitments
• Create process maps and flow charts in Visio to document is processesd design ure Statehancements
• Drive compliance with Citiwide Key Initiative standards, including the creation of key deliverables with signoffs secured from required stakeholders in a timely manner

Analyze daily reporting processes, identify pain points, issue trends and support the development of remediation plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bacheloregree; Graduate level degree a plus
• 3+ years of experience in Financial Services required;
• Business Analysis and Project Management experiences are strongly preferred;
• Knowledge of the Treasury function and in depth knowledge of balance sheet products is strongly preferred;
• Self-starter, strong attention to detail and willingness to l up sleeves master the liquidity subject matter at a detailed business level to enhance value add during business requirements discussions;
• Ability to multi-task and think through logical next steps in project life cycle and troubleshooting reporting issues;
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to identify key issues, gather data to investigate those issues and develop actionable recommendations;
• Effective communicator comfortable with cross-functional liaison;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including graphing pivot tables, reference functions and data analysis;
• Understanding of Microsoft Project, including creation of milestones, dependencies and tracking a project plan baseline;
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, including past experience creating senior management level presentations is a plus;
