• Main responsibilities will cover project planning, implementation and support of the Messaging, Server & Desktop Services Infrastructure.

• Excellent hardware & software fault diagnosis, problem investigation and resolution skills
• Active Directory administration (multiple domain support)
• ADMT\DELL Migration Manager Active Directory Migration experience
• Exchange Cross Forest Migration experience (remote native mailbox moves)
• File Server migrations
• VMware Infrastructure administration
• Client administration
• Understanding of TCP\IP and Network technologies
• MS Exchange 2003\2007\2010\2013\Office365 Administration and support
• Blackberry\Good Enterprise Server admin
• Sharepoint Administration
• Lync Administration
• Antivirus management (Trend)
• Mail gateway management (IronPort ) and Exchange message tracking

• SCOM Monitoring

Day to Day Responsibilities

• Monitoring VMware Service Manager ticketing system and deal with incoming calls in a timely fashion
• Diskspace and Ping failures
• Permissions and access to systems
• Other requests from application owners
• Help assist with user migrations utilizing Dell Migration Manger
• Active Directory Housekeeping:
• Exchange Administration and Housekeeping
• Creation and maintenance of e-mail accounts
• Maintenance of Exchange Servers & Sites
• Backup and housekeeping procedures
• Assist support engineers with difficult problems

• MCP / MCSE qualifications
