Description of Job Duties:
This is an entry level technical position responsible for assisting in the evaluation of selected telecommunications companies issues filed with the Public Service Commission. The evaluation is performed under direct supervision. This position assists with compliance reviews, conducts issue research, prepares discovery, drafts staff recommendations and reports. Tasks may include collection of the supporting data and/or written analysis. Analyzes and responds to consumer Lifeline inquiries/complaints and/or Intercarrier inquiries/complaints.
Minimum Qualifications: A bachelor's or masteregree from an accredited college or university with a major course of study in accounting, economics, finance, or an area of business.
This position requires possession of a valid drivericense.
