IAM Business Analyst P- ATLANTA, GA

IAM Business Analyst Skills & Requirements:
- Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems (IS) or related field
- Requires six (6) years of progressively responsible experience as a Business Process Manager Identity and Access Management Business Analyst that demonstrates an advanced level of understanding of the required knowledge, skills, and abilities of the standard tools, workflow processes, and/or procedures and concepts used in the implementation of Identity Management solutions.
- Familiarity with active directory structures and objects, file system permissions, identity life cycle management and account management life cycles.
- Advanced level of knowledge as it relates to Identity and Access Management methodology and Business Process Management.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in provisioning role-based accounts and granular access accounts in an enterprise environment is highly desired.
- Must possess critical thinking and problem solving skills, including defining severity of issues and demonstrating appropriate escalation for resolution.
- Must be able to create solutions to resolve complex operational problems and identify trends that warrant immediate attention. Must be able to collect and analyze complex data.
- Must be able to prepare and conduct effective presentations; assess priorities and self-time manage through deliverables; and coordinate activities with diverse groups and individuals.
