Job Details: Job Summary: This position will support LLUSS's strategic plan and the organization's mission to continue the teaching and healing ministry of Jesus Christ, while embracing the core values of Compassion, Integrity, Excellence, Teamwork, and Wholeness. Reports to the Executive Director-IS Community Connect. The Business Analyst is responsible for building and maintaining service relationships with CareConnect Partners and becoming the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the area(s) assigned. Conducts regular service reviews, attends regular Electronic Health Record (EHR) system governance meetings, and ensures service delivery and enhancement projects follow defined processes and are on time and on budget. Creates content documentation for the CareConnect Program. Participates in multi-disciplinary work teams to achieve successful execution of small to medium implementation projects. Performs and documents business rules analysis, gap/fit analysis, creates and measures key performance indicators (KPIs), designs, and assures organizational readiness. Collaborates with CareConnect Partners, Operations, Information Services, and Staff Development to support ongoing services and new implementations within his/her area(s) of focus. Maintains workflows design library, defines customization/optimizations, performs system support configurations, meets reporting needs by creating and delivering support related reports and extracts as needed, becomes the CareConnect support and enhancement expert by understanding systems workflows and integration, CareConnect Partner incidents, request fulfillments, and change requests, governance processes and key stakeholders, and providing day to day support of area(s) in focus. Performs other duties as assigned.

Strong knowledge of project management software such as MS Project, Access, and other project management tools is preferred for task tracking and team collaboration efforts. Able to communicate effectively in English in person, in writing, and on the telephone; think critically; work independently; perform basic math and statistical functions; manage multiple assignments; compose written material; work well under pressure; recall information with accuracy; pay close attention to detail. Able to distinguish colors as necessary; hear sufficiently for general conversation in person and on the telephone, and identify and distinguish various sounds associated with the workplace; see adequately to read computer screens, and written documents necessary to the position.
