Job Description SUMMARY:
The Senior Financial Analyst will support Integrated Planning & Logistics and will partner with corporate procurement and inventory operations teams. This role will interact with multiple functional areas in the organization and is a key member of the finance and operation teams. Essential duties and responsabilities are to partner with key stakeholders to develop and communicate month end results, monthly forecasts, annual operating plans, and strategic plans for Raw Materials of Legarcy Hillshire Brands. Collaborate with Internal Audit, SOX, and operations to develop, maintain, and monitor key controls. Work cross-functionally with Corporate Procurement personnel to coordinate physical inventories and perform monthly reconciliation as needed. Participate in various teams to improve financial practices, procedures, and systems. Coordinate with the IT group to ensure analysis and reporting needs are understood and provided. Other miscellaneous projects as assigned.Participate in cross functional job training opportunities as available.
REQUIREMENTS: Education: A Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, or business administration is required.
Experience: A minimum of 3+ years finance experience is required, preferably with a CPG company.
Computer Skills: Strong Excel skills are required. Must be proficient in SAP.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
Special Skills: Previous supply chain, financial planning, or inventory experience is strongly preferred. The ability to perform in a dynamic and cross-functional team environment is critical. Excellent analytical and system skills are required.
