Providence is calling a Epic Support Analyst to Providence Health & Services in Beaverton, OR.
In this position you will:
- Be the primary point of contact between Providence clinical care team members and those who use Epic to interact with patients on a regular basis and the OneIS organization.
- Provide real-time support to physicians, nurses, and other caregivers throughout the care continuum.
- Be responsible for accurately gathering details of reported Epic or Epic-related technology incidents or requests, and working to either restore service by providing education to support users of Health System technology including the electronic health record (EHR), or triage to the appropriate IS resource.
- Posses excellent customer service skills, EHR workflow knowledge as well as technical troubleshooting abilities.

Qualifications Required qualifications: - Associates Degree, Certification in clinical discipline (e.g. nursing, respiratory therapy, medical assistant, surgery technician, pharmacy technician) -or- 2 years IT, Healthcare, -or- Customer Service Experience
- Bacheloregree with minimum of 1 year of applicable work experience -or- Associates Degree and 2 years of applicable work experience -or- Certification in clinical discipline and two years of applicable work experience -or- 5 years of applicable blended work experience in a position with equivalent primary duties.
Preferred qualifications: - 2 years Customer Service experience within an information technology, informatics, healthcare, or business management
- 3 years Customer Service experience within an information technology or Healthcare environment
- Experience with supporting clinician use of an EMR system, with expertise in hospital, ambulatory, or business office computer applications
- Experience in a project lead or team lead role, or demonstrated ability to supervise others
- Experience in creating end user support materials
- Prior experience in an L2 or equivalent role at PHS, Swedish, or other Providence affiliate
- College coursework in building teams, communication, conflict resolution, or motivation
