Brief Description Provides financial support and is a strategy partner to the operating Divisions. Responsible for the development of annual budget, latest estimates and long-range plans related to the operating Divisions. Gathers, analyzes, and reports financial and operational results to the operating Divisions, management team and Corporate.
Detailed Description Assists in the development of annual budget, latest estimates (LE) and long-range plans related to the operating Divisions
Gathers, analyzes, and reports monthly financial results to the management team and Corporate
Prepares quarterly forecasts of production volumes, capital and operating expenses
Assists in developing financial presentation material for Board of Director quarterly meetings and outside agencies
Provides financial support to the operating Divisions. Develops ad hoc reports for the corporate and operating Divisions
Provides financial support to long-range planning activities related to production, expenses, capital and price differentials
Contributes to preparation of monthly and quarterly financial variance analysis
Job Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
Typically requires 2 years of accounting / finance experience, oil and gas experience preferred
Accounting or Audit background preferred
Experience with Joint Venture Accounting plus
CPA plus
