About the role The CPFR analyst will drive collaborative Planning, Forecasting and Replenishment throughout the Sales & Operational Planning process (S&OP). Provide analysis for Customer team management to support the business planning and execution process through accurate forecasting. Should have a complete understanding of all of the customer's extensive systems and data of replenishment, sales, inventories, etc to best drive the companies internal forecast accuracy by uncovering, developing, communicating, and implementing effective process changes so that our operations are perceived as top in class by Customer. The CPFR analyst will utilize a variety of information sources including customer specific data, marketplace data, and input from National Account Manager's (NAM) to analyze business situations. This analysis will be the basis for fact based recommendations and NAM collaboration.
Key Responsibilities Take full ownership of the S&OP process for your categories by being involved in Corporate S&OP sessions
Take full Supply ownership of POD categories
Deep understanding of the customer's replenishment system and its' relationship with CPFR in order to ensure correct ordering
Deep understanding of Forecast process and templates to support the NAM's and business plan evaluation
Owner of the creation, monitoring and communication of Customer's internal forecast to Corporate Demand Planning
Take wealth of Customer data and sales intelligence and create a forecast for the team
Communicate item forecast issues with Customer Replenishment
Evaluate information sources and provide insight and analysis for forecast drivers to the NAM's and the forecasting team
Provide the communication link between NAM's and Corporate by thoroughly understanding the numbers
Understand business drivers and brand strategies
Ability to manage expectations from different NAM's
Develop strong working relationships and be able to provide rebuttal and suggestions when necessary

- Supply Chain Background: Minimum of 4 years of supply chain and/or Sales experience.
- College graduate: You have a B.S. In Supply Chain Management, Business Degree, Engineering or relevant degree.
